Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 1st January 2026

Welcome to Xpertixe. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules and guidelines for using our website, contacting us, requesting our services, and working with us on digital, creative, marketing, branding, SEO, content, or web-related projects.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Xpertixe

Xpertixe provides digital and creative business solutions, including marketing strategy, SEO, social media marketing, branding, content creation, website design, website development, performance optimization, and related services.

The information on our website is provided for general business and informational purposes. Service details, pricing, timelines, and deliverables may vary based on each project’s scope and requirements.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use our website in a way that may damage, disable, overload, or affect its performance. You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, database, or connected system.

You may browse our website, read our content, contact us, and submit inquiries through available forms. However, you must not copy, misuse, distribute, or reproduce our website content without written permission.

3. Service Inquiries and Project Requests

When you contact us for a service, consultation, quote, or project discussion, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This may include your name, business name, contact details, website URL, project goals, and any information required to understand your needs.

Submitting an inquiry does not create a formal client relationship. A project officially begins only after both parties agree to the scope, timeline, pricing, and payment terms.

4. Proposals, Pricing, and Payments

All proposals, quotes, or estimates shared by Xpertixe are based on the information provided by the client during the discussion. If the project scope changes, pricing and timelines may change as well.

Payment terms will be shared before the project begins. Depending on the service, payment may be required upfront, in milestones, monthly, or according to an agreed schedule. Work may be paused or delayed if payments are not received on time.

Fees paid for completed work, strategy, research, planning, consultation, design, development, content, or digital marketing services may not be refundable unless stated in a written agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To complete a project successfully, clients must provide the required information, approvals, access, feedback, brand assets, content, images, login details, and other necessary materials on time.

Delays in providing required materials may affect the project timeline. Xpertixe will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or changes requested after work has already started.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, logos, trademarks, or materials they provide are legally owned by them or properly licensed for use.

6. Project Timeline and Delivery

We make every reasonable effort to complete projects within the agreed timeline. However, timelines may vary based on project complexity, revision cycles, client feedback, technical issues, third-party approvals, or changes in scope.

Any shared delivery date is an estimate unless clearly confirmed in writing as a fixed deadline. Xpertixe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, software, payment gateways, search engines, or external service providers.

7. Revisions and Scope Changes

Project revisions will be handled in accordance with the agreed project scope. Minor revisions may be included if they are part of the original agreement. Major changes, new pages, new features, extra content, design changes, additional campaigns, or tasks outside the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges.

Once a project stage is approved, major changes to that stage may be treated as additional work.

8. Digital Marketing and SEO Results

Xpertixe uses professional strategies and best practices for SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, and content-related services. However, results may vary based on competition, industry, budget, website condition, algorithm changes, audience behavior, and external market factors.

We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, sales, leads, conversions, or revenue unless such terms are clearly stated in a written agreement. Search engines and social media platforms are controlled by third parties, so their updates, policies, and algorithms may affect performance.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Some services may require third-party tools, platforms, plugins, hosting services, analytics tools, ad platforms, payment processors, CRMs, email systems, or software.

Xpertixe is not responsible for technical issues, pricing changes, downtime, policy updates, data loss, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Clients may be responsible for paying third-party fees directly where applicable.

10. Website Content and Accuracy

We aim to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content, service descriptions, pricing, or information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to update, edit, remove, or change website content at any time without prior notice.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, graphics, website materials, written content, service descriptions, images, layouts, branding assets, and other materials created or owned by Xpertixe remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables may be transferred to the client, as agreed in the project scope. However, drafts, unused concepts, strategy documents, internal processes, research methods, templates, and working files may remain the property of Xpertixe unless specifically included in the agreement.

Clients must not claim ownership of any unpaid work or use incomplete, rejected, or unpaid deliverables without written permission.
